- Wheel of Life : The Wheel of Life is a flexible coaching tool that offers a 360-degree
view of your current life situation. It quickly identifies areas of
imbalance and helps you to create goals and set priorities based on
your life vision.
- Memory Technique (Linked Method) : The Link Method is an age-old memory technique for remembering
lists. It works by turning information into vivid images, then linking
those images together in memorable ways.
- Memory Technique (PEG System) : The mnemonic peg system, invented by Henry Herdson is a memory
aid that works by creating mental associations between two
concrete objects in a one-to-one fashion that will later be applied to
to-be-remembered information.
- Memory Technique (Major) : The Major System is a memory technique for memorizing numbers,
playing cards, and other information. It works by converting
numbers into sounds, which can then be converted into mental
pictures or words that are easier to remember than the original
data.
- Mind Mapping : A mind map involves writing down a central theme and thinking of
new and related ideas which radiate out from the centre. By
focusing on key ideas written down in your own words and looking
for connections between them, you can map knowledge in a way
that will help you to better understand and retain information.

oneself. A helpful tool to evaluate your goal is to see if it fulfills the

⁕ Measurable – Be specific with how much or how many when it comes to your goal.
⁕ Achievable – Look at the skills you have or lack; make a plan of the exact things you’ll have to do to reach your goal.
⁕ Realistic – Think about the resources available to you and be realistic about the effort you’re willing to put into it.
⁕ Time-bound – Set a time limit to keep you motivated (daily, weekly, or monthly target).
- Speed Reading : Speed reading is the process of rapidly recognizing and absorbing
phrases or sentences on a page all at once, rather than identifying
individual words. Speed read techniques to learn reading 3 times
faster than current reading speed.
